As the Deputy Director- quality and education, was responsible for the development and coordination of quality management and educational policy at an institutional level. This included consultation with representatives of the faculties (law, economics and management, language and literature), tuning and supporting their specific policies where needed.
As a member of the University Steering Committee for Quality Management he is involved in the designing and updating of the external quality assessment system for higher education. As Deputy chairman of the Steering Committee for Quality Management, assembling 5 faculties in the university and further contributed to the exchange of expertise between associate partners and the development of common approaches in the field of quality management. He has also supervised post- graduate research works in the quality assurance.

ACTIVITIES SUMMARY AS A LECTURER, TRAINER AND CONSULTANT (1999- 2008)
- Planned and directed all Research Training and Consultancy activities of the Universities, coordinated course delivery and development, outsourced finance for research activities.
- Prepared all material and other teaching aids for effective learning of both undergraduate and postgraduate students, counselled both lectures and students, general conduct of tutorials in the business studies courses, human resource training, sourcing and development, and the general.
